Marriage is one of the oldest institutions among Yoruba, it represents the end and the beginning of a new phase among two different lovers , who agreed to live together, and through their union creates everlasting friendship between homes of their child birth.

Ondo is one of the state in Nigeria as a whole who is Very rich in Culture and tradition. Ondo state has its own cultural belief as other state does. 

The baby goat being part of the bride list might looks so weird to other state which is not Ondo but this culture has been in existence since decade.

The baby goat brought has bride price serves as Progression ,Like bringing a life into the marriage. Add the goat is reproduction and giving birth safely, So shall the new bride.

The baby goat Also represents multiplication of success and also the gift of the womb.
