Nigeria is a country full of human, natural, and mineral resources.

One of the greatest histories the country has made so far is the first skyscraper building in West Africa. The building was named "COCOA HOUSE".

The Cocoa house was once the tallest building in Nigeria, and the building was completed in the year 1965 and was situated at Dugbe in Ibadan, Nigeria.

The building was built during the time of the Late Chief Jeremiah Obafemi Awolowo Alias Baba Ikenne to promote the good image and resources of the nation.

Nigeria's gigantic building was built from funds derived from cocoa and that was why the place was named cocoa house.

The building is to tell the entire world how agricultural practice in Nigeria has produced so many successful images.

The cocoa has 26 buildings and it is the first skyscraper in the whole of west Africa. The cocoa house was embedded with official buildings, residential buildings, and on the last floor a museum which is embedded with different cultural artifacts.
